Job Description:
We are currently hiring a Sr PMO Coordinator who will be joining our PMO to focus on process, data integrity, and continuous improvement. This role supports multiple teams to drive cross-functional collaboration in support of company goals.  This role will focus on ensuring that each project, execution, and communication is accomplished to a high quality by creating and implementing standard procedures through the utilization of clear processes, streamlined systems, and project management principles.

This role coordinates and supports teams on internal initiatives and external projects to meet stakeholder requirements, program goals, timelines, and budgets through system data integrity and timely data-driven decision-making. A key requirement for the role is to utilize data from our systems to accurately communicate various elements of project status to all stakeholders. The ability and willingness to provide general operating support to leadership, resource owners and individual contributors is expected. 
The ideal candidate will gain exposure to all areas of the business and work to break down functional silos with strong communication and collaboration, optimizing our data & processes to drive Vero’s success.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Works closely with project and function owners to ensure data integrity in support of robust project updates and consistent reporting
  • Interacts with cross-functional leadership and stakeholders to identify, categorize, and define KPIs, implementing processes and procedures in support of metric reporting and data-driven decision making
  • Provides centralized support to multiple departments to continuously improve process, systems and develop/refine standard operating procedures
  • Acts as a centralized resource to foster data management & integrity, assisting with and/or owning various analyses and presenting conclusions
  • Work closely within the PMO organization to quickly identify opportunities to improve, breaking down silos (functional and within data) and creating/owning action plans for process improvements
  • Assist in the creation of detailed process maps and documentation to illustrate current and future-state business processes
  • Assist project teams with set up and organization of project trackers and documents, ensuring consistent data and file structures across the project portfolio

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, or Finance or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience supporting multiple teams required; telecommunications and customer-facing experience preferred
  • Ability and appetite to learn new systems and tools to drive efficiency; advanced experience in MS Project or similar project software preferred
