POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and versatile Business Intelligence Analyst, Sales Operations to be the operational "Swiss army knife" within our Hyperscale / AI business development team. This critical, high-visibility role will be responsible for a wide range of functions, blending sales operations and reporting, sales engineering support, and business intelligence. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment and possesses the technical skills and business acumen to drive process improvements and enhance financial command and control across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the CRO and Business Development team to ensure CRM (Zoho) is up to date and accurate, reviewing and analyzing performance against the established forecast
  • Own key analyses including sales and operational metrics (utilizing both Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel)
  • Help prepare quarterly board presentation materials for the AI/HS sales function
  • Assist Sr Solutions architect with route map creation and design and vendor cost development, analysis and reporting
  • Act as the "go-to" analyst for the business, performing complex ad hoc analytics and report development to enhance command and control over financial operations and support strategic decision-making
 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Engineering, Project Management, FP&A, or a highly analytical role.
  • Expert Excel skills are required (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, index-match), and complex data manipulation as demonstrated by prior work experience 
  • Exceptional attention to detail, a commitment to data integrity,and the ability to manage multiple complex responsibilities concurrently
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders including the executive team

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in telecom, construction, or other capital-intensive industries preferred
  • Experience with Google Earth and Zoho (or comparable CRM) is strongly preferred
  • Experience with Google Suite preferred
  • Basic understanding of financial metrics is helpful

JOB DETAILS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • This role requires occasional travel 1-2 times per year for activities such as company or team meetings.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • This is a management position.
  • This is an Exempt position.
  • This is a Full-Time position.
  • This is a Remote position with a preference for candidates in the Denver Metro Area
  • The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday during normal business hours; occasional weeknight or weekend availability may be needed to fulfill the core duties of the role, especially during month-end close.
  • This position requires the ability to sit and work at a desk for extended periods of time, performing fine motor tasks and using a computer and other office equipment.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Base pay is paid at an annual salary rate. The range for this position is $75,000 to $100,000 depending on experience.
