We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts for Vero Fiber. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving engagement, conversions, and ROI through effective digital strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Paid Social Media Marketing:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive paid social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Nextdoor to acquire residential customers.
    • Optimize ad campaigns for maximum reach, engagement, and conversions.
    • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Multi-Channel Marketing:
    • Coordinate and execute direct mail, email, and print marketing campaigns.
    • Develop creative concepts and messaging that align with Vero Fiber's brand and value proposition.
    • Collaborate with design and production teams to create visually appealing materials.
    • Measure the effectiveness of multi-channel campaigns and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics to measure campaign success.
    • Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and provide actionable insights.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
  • Team Management:
    • Oversee and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.
    • Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively.
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid social media.
  • Proven track record of driving successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and advertising tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with direct mail, email, and print marketing is a plus.
