  • Use consumer insights, competitive analysis, and market data to guide campaign development and prioritization.
  • Partner with sales, product, finance, and operations to align marketing with business readiness and performance goals.
  • Test and implement new marketing channels to expand reach and strengthen brand presence.
  • Work closely with sales teams to capture “feet on the street” feedback on Vero and its competitors to maximize campaign ROI.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of marketing experience with proven success in integrated strategy, customer acquisition, and campaign execution.
  • Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering impactful national and local marketing programs.
  • Strong understanding of both large-scale brand building and localized market engagement.
  • Track record of success in both digital and offline channels, including direct mail and referral programs.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable results.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across creative, media, product, sales, and finance teams.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
