POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our finance team. This role will support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis, helping to provide insights into business performance. The FP&A Analyst will work closely with team members across departments to inform financial planning and strategic decision-making.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Prepare monthly financial variance reports to forecast and budget, including P&L analysis, month-over-month trends, and written commentary on key drivers.
  • Assist in building and maintaining financial forecasts and support the annual budgeting process.
  • Analyze revenue, costs, and operational performance to identify trends and highlight key insights.
  • Support scenario modeling to evaluate the financial impact of business initiatives and changes.
Reporting & Business Support
  • Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc financial reports for key stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing materials for internal leadership meetings and board presentations.
  • Work with business unit leaders to understand performance drivers and improve forecast accuracy.
Capital and Operational Tracking
  • Monitor capital expenditures and compare against budgeted allocations.
  • Support tracking of key financial and operational metrics across markets and teams.
  • Help maintain visibility into financial results related to strategic initiatives and growth plans.
Ad Hoc Projects
  • Conduct financial analysis to support market expansions, cost evaluations, or other business initiatives.
  • Assist with special projects that drive business insights, process improvements, or strategic planning efforts.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and basic financial modeling.
  • Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Analytical mindset with good communication and collaboration skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with telecom, infrastructure, or capital-intensive industries is helpful but not required.

JOB DETAILS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • This role requires occasional travel up to 10% of the time for activities such as out-of-town meetings, training, or outreach activities.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • This is a staff position.

  • This is a Full-Time position.
  • This is a Remote position.
  • The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday with occasional weekend availability as needed to fulfill the core duties of the role.
  • This position requires the ability to sit and work at a desk for extended periods of time, using a computer and other office equipment.
  • This position requires the ability to perform fine motor tasks, such as typing or using a mouse, for extended period of time.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
  • Base pay is paid at an annual salary rate. The range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000 depending on experience.
  • Target annual bonus of 10% of base salary.
